Dinner Meetings
Guests and new members are always welcome!
Dinner meetings, beginning at 5:30 p.m., are held the second Tuesday of every month. Be sure to check out our summer socials for a great balance of networking and frivolity.

- 6:15 - 7:00 - Welcome, dinner, business meeting
- 7:00 - 8:00 - Speaker or Program
- 8:00 - 8:30 - Member Announcements, Closing Remarks
Register Online. As of May 2024, we have made online payment available via Zeffy. Credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay available. With the option to register with e-transfer and pay via e-transfer: wbwba.treasurer@gmail.com is still available. For those registering via the e-transfer option, your registration will be completed once your payment has been received. Cash at the Door is now available ONLY to WBWBA membership.
Registrations MUST be in by 11:59 pm on the Sunday before the meeting. No exceptions. Subscribing to the Facebook event is not registering for the event. If the registered member is unable to attend a meeting a business associate may attend on their behalf.
Dietary Concerns: We will make every effort to meet any dietary concerns. Please be sure to indicate your request on the registration form.

2024 WBWBA No Show Policy
Dear Members and Guests,
WBWBA values the time and commitment of all its members and guests who contribute to the success and vibrancy of our meetings and events. Over recent years, we have faced challenges with registrations for our dinner meetings—specifically, instances of no-shows or late cancellations. This has led to unnecessary expenses for our association, as we are obligated to pay for all registered dinners, including those for absentees.
To address this issue and ensure fairness and accountability within our community, we are implementing a new policy. Effective immediately, we ask all members and guests to acknowledge and agree to the following terms when registering for a dinner meeting:
- Commitment to Attend: By registering for a meeting, you commit to attending the event. We understand that plans can change; however, we ask for your cooperation in managing your registration responsibly.
- Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a meeting for which you have registered, you are required to cancel your registration by emailing our Treasurer at wbwba.treasurer@gmail.com Sunday before the event. This allows us to adjust our dinner order accordingly and avoid unnecessary costs.
- Financial Responsibility: Should you fail to attend a meeting without cancelling before the deadline, you agree to be responsible for the cost of your dinner. This also applies to any guests you register; as the registering member, you are responsible for the cost of their dinner should they not attend and fail to cancel in time.
- This measure is not only about reducing costs but also about fostering a culture of respect and consideration among our members, guests, restaurants and vendors.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Together, we can continue to make our meetings and events enjoyable and meaningful for everyone involved.
